Payton came out right away when my home rental company called him to our house. We woke up with a burst pipe and several inches of water throughout the entire home. He stayed almost all day suctioning water from our carpets and left many blowers here under the carpets plus a massive dehumidifier. It's been 1 day and the carpets are feeling drier already. Although I was panicking about the situation, he had a stellar fun/happy-go-lucky attitude that put me at ease, he explained how the process would go and how long it would take (a week) for the carpets to dry with the blowers constantly on, and he reassured us that as long as we could stand the noise we didn't... read full review
