Betty and Felecia are the best! They always do an excellent job of customer service. Very pleasant personalities, they make you feel like family and more than just a number. Would recommend Sumter Finance for that reason. Plus the new handling of documents are very helpful and convenient. Please keep up the good work!!

Not sure what all the complaints are about in previous reviews. Felicia and Betty are amazing to work with. Could not have asked for better service. Sometimes life hits you all at once.We hit some hard times but they came through for us and made it so easy and stress free. Highly recommend you go here if you are in need of help. They will treat you right. Thank you ladies y'all are the best!
