This is the best gym I've ever been to! The people are absolutely the nicest, and the owner helped me out when I first joined to understand the equipment. Absolutely recommend! Better than any of the chain gyms in Americus.

Only in town for a week, but they made it super easy yo find a place to workout while I am here. Very friendly staff, and a good assortment of equipment. Just about everything you need for cardio and normal weight training.

I'm a travel nurse and was told this would be a good gym to join for the short time I will be here. Very glad I listened. Friendly staff, clean facility, and they have an Arc Trainer!!! Definitely will recommend to other travel nurses ? ~Wendy F.
