If I could give 6 stars, I would. AC went out on the hottest day so far. I called and Randy was pulling up in less than 30 minutes and had me back up and running in no time and less than $100.00. We have used them for years and they have always been the best. We purchased our unit from somewhere else several years ago and later had an issue. Randy came out and determined that the company didn’t connect the heat strips. Lesson learned, next time I will purchase from Ernie’s. On a side note, while Randy was here, he received a call from an elderly couple whose AC was out. He said that he would go there immediately because they were elderly and didn’t need... read full review

Very quick response once placed the need for broken air-conditioning fan. They had the part with them, which made it much easier. They were Profesional, as well as explained issue on repair. Will always call them especially since they close by where we live ??

I contacted the business after hours via facebook messenger. I got a response in two min and an immediate appointment first thing in the morning. This crew is on fire and available for their customers. WOW dosent sum it up Earnies highly recommendedServices: A/C system repair
