Really thankful for their amazing customer service! Today our car key fob’s battery died and we were looking for a replacement battery. Well, prying open that key fob was no easy task. Pete helped us out, looked up a YouTube video to replace the tricky battery, and even walked to our car to make sure it started. Saved us a trip to the dealership. You definitely don’t see that kind of customer care at the big box retailers. We’ve stopped by this location occasionally over the years but now we will stop there whenever we can. They have a great selection of gifts and home decor in addition to hardware/home and garden needs. Thank you Urban Hardware!
INCREDIBLE customer service! Our family was devastated by hurricane Helene and Milton-urban hardware helped with emergency response to provide emergency relief services to the people of Tampa Bay, and Sarasota.
