I am almost afraid to leave this review because Jacobi is already starting to get booked up. But I’ve been coming here for the past five years and have always had Jacobi. She is absolutely great. She is highly recommended and I’m assuming that everyone here is great! But great time overall and the entire staff takes really good care of you.

Oh my goodness, where do I even BEGIN?! My visit to Woodhouse Spa was absolutely *heavenly* from start to finish!
From the moment I walked through the doors, I was blown away by how spotlessly clean and serene everything was. The check-in process was completely seamless – no waiting, no confusion, just pure relaxation from the very first second.
And can we PLEASE talk about my facial with Stephanie?! AMAZING doesn't even begin to cover it! Her hands are truly gifted, and she knew exactly what my skin needed. I left feeling like I was glowing from the inside out! Stephanie, you are a rockstar!
Every single staff member I encountered was incredibly attentive and genuinely caring. They anticipated my every need before I even knew I had one! The level of service here is unmatched.
Even checking out was a breeze – quick, friendly, and efficient. They truly have perfected every detail of the guest experience.
If you're looking for a spa that combines exceptional treatments, immaculate cleanliness, and a staff that treats you like royalty, RUN don't walk to Woodhouse Spa. I'm already counting down the days until my next visit!

I love woodhouse. Ask for Herman - He is worth the wait! I did a combination ritual bath and 50 min CBD massage. The bath relaxed me and the massage felt like a combination aromatherapy, shiatsu, and deep tissue massage. I could have stayed all day!

The women at the front desk are comically rude. Every single time. Please look into this, or we won’t continue to give additional chances to this location or Woodhouse altogether. So disappointing to spend thousands at a place that is meant to be RELAXING, and to be spoken in such an inappropriate, condescending and RUSHED manner each time. We were told that for choosing to book the same time that we previously booked, that it really wouldn’t make the women’s boss happy and that we most likely will get her in trouble. Jaw dropped. Hence this review. I can’t believe these people get away with this. So unprofessional.

My experience started a little shakey, mainly because I got to my appointment an hour and maybe 5 mins before just so I can get into the relaxing mindset. When I entered into the spa I was greeted warmly but told to come back at 4:00 as they only let you arrive 30 mins prior to massage. That was disheartening as it is stated no where on the Website and I drove from DOUGLASSSVILLE.
I had been here before and knew nothing of this new rule. I went to my car with intentions of waiting 40-50 min until my massage. Then I decided to call to speak to a manager. Joey was extremely kind and rectified the situation and allowed me to come in and explained that is a new policy and apologized for the inconvenience. Not only did he greet me at the door, he was friendly and very kind. He also added aromatherapy to my package.
To me that was rectifying the problem/ misunderstanding and going above and beyond to make my experience one to remember.
My experience was great after speaking to Joey and massage was 10/10 with Jacobi! I could have went to another place but I chose to spend my money here because of past phenomenal experiences. And Joey solidified that I made a great decision. So for that I will be returning. Although I do wish that policy have an expiration date because there is peace in preparing your mind and body for a relaxing experience. I don’t treat myself enough to massages and for many this is just that, a treat. Why shouldn’t we be able to enjoy an hour before the massage to prepare and get in the space to relax.

I had the most incredible prenatal massage this past Saturday! I booked about two months in advance after hearing such great things about Christianna, and she absolutely lives up to the hype - well worth the wait. I’m pretty particular when it comes to massages, and she knew exactly where to focus and how to truly relieve my tension and knots. It was both relaxing and genuinely effective. I only wish I could book with her every week! Highly recommend.
