I can’t more strongly recommend the team at Exercise coach! From the beginning my goal was to build strength & to help with muscle to avoid knee pain. Through the personalized attention of Amy, Morgan & Joe as well as others I have have not only been encouraged to be consistent for a full year…(2 times a week) but I have built muscle, confidence, & strength. BUT the best is the realization that Joe’s knowledge has helped me avoid Knee replacement surgery recommended by an orthoepic surgeon. Where do I begin? Every trainer is a cheerleader (but not annoying.)We never talk work!!!! they get it!!!!you can see immediately if you did better or worse than the last workout. 20 min over and out. Seriously. You just leave and get on with the day. . They are punctual so don’t be late. I am definitely stronger. Happier.
Such an excellent workout in 20 min! It’s very challenging and in 3 months I have noticed an increase in my strength as well as my muscle tone. Lead coach Joe is amazing and all coaches are encouraging and well trained. I’m a believer!
