Tebarco installed my new water heater last week. The service man arrived exactly when he said he would and was a very respectful, kind gentleman. The unbelievable thing is that they overcharged me and then immediately sent me a refund without me even asking them. It is very hard to find an honest plumber and I highly recommend Tebarco's work ethic and integrity. Water heater is working great! I don't have to wait 10 minutes for the hot water to come on anymore in the morning.
