This is the second time I’ve had this issue with this dental office. They represented themselves as in-network, but billed my insurance well above the contracted rate. When the insurance company denied the excess charges, the remaining balance was passed on to me. After experiencing this twice, I have lost trust in their billing practices. I would not recommend this office and suggest carefully reviewing all insurance and billing details before receiving treatment.

Well, I’ve been going to Dr. Lee for a few visits now and I am extremely happy with her. She had to work on me for some very old fillings I had and I don’t think I’ve ever had a dentist do such a great job. I’m very happy going here

This office is unprofessional, I had an appointment scheduled for which I took off work and when I arrived she didn’t see me in the system. I showed her my appointment on my phone and she said bc I didn’t pick up my phone when they were calling they canceled my appointment. No email, text, voicemail or anything to let me know my appointment was canceled. I never take off from work so this is a day wasted and used pto I really didn’t have for nothing. Had the nerve to say can I get you rescheduled, huh absolutely not!!! I will be finding a new dental office immediately. Unacceptable on every level, I work in healthcare and we absolutely cannot cancel a patients appointment under any circumstance without informing the patient. I will not be coming back to this office this situation was so ridiculous. Policies and procedures need to be updated and reviewed because this is not how you handle patients.

Very disappointing experience at Stonewalk Family Dentistry. I went for my annual cleaning using the same insurance I’ve always had, and at no point was I told I was out of network. After the visit, I received an unexpected bill. It is completely unprofessional not to inform patients about insurance coverage before providing treatment. I would not recommend this office due to the lack of transparency with costs.

I can’t comment on the dentist(s)……however; their staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I was booked for a root canal consultation only to find out that the dentist was out of the office on Mondays. The young lady behind the desk was more interested of being on her phone and checking her fingernails. I walked out!!!!!!
