I contacted Staton Heating & Air to get a second opinion on my two aging heating systems. Josh came out as scheduled this afternoon and took the time to thoroughly explain to me what was going on with the furnaces and recommended further diagnostics to check their overall health. I was so pleased with his transparency and his solution wasn't to just immediately replace both furnaces. Staton Heating & Air has a new client! Thank you.
