I have been going her for almost 10 years now - through 2 pregnancies and all. My husband and I have been working out all our lives and have tried so many places… this is by far the most amazing, efficient and welcoming place I have ever been to. Well, I've been training at Senergy since January 2023 and can say that, without a doubt, they deliver on this promise in ways I never expected! In the last 8 months, I've achieved a level of fitness and physique that literally has people stopping me on the street and asking what I've been doing.About a year ago, I found myself feeling discouraged by a lack of progress at my former gym. A neighbor, who is in excellent physical shape, raved about the gym he had been going to for a few years and swore by their HIIT classes and semi-private strength training for helping him be in the best shape of his life. After a few months of going back-and-forth on trying it out, I finally bit the bullet.
