I always have a great experience with their service on my Havanese. There is one employee that works at the front desk named Jennifer that is always SO nice and friendly when I drop my dog off and pick him up. I highly recommend!

I brought my 13 year old Bishon Maltese mix in for the first time because we just moved to the area and they did an awesome job, the staff members are friendly and helpful!! Definitely recommend this place

I tried out Scenthound with my new rescue and so glad I did. The staff I interacted with was super friendly, explained every step to me before and after his visit with them and it was just an overall excellent experience.
The parking sucks though so be prepared for too many businesses and not enough spots unless you don’t mind walking from the other side, but that’s not Scenthounds fault!
I signed up for a membership so naturally I will be back!
