The salon is very professional and I got layers haircut done by Mona. I'm very satisfied and happy with my haircut. She made sure the haircut is as expected and communicated well with me.

Took my teenage daughter to Jaz Salon on Browns Bridge Road because she wanted a short haircut—something my husband and I were a bit unsure about, but we wanted her to try it.
The stylist was absolutely wonderful! She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything to my daughter. She really listened to what my daughter wanted, made her feel comfortable, and gave her exactly the look she asked for.
What stood out the most was the stylist’s thoughtful approach—she told my daughter to try the haircut for a couple of weeks, and if she wanted it even shorter, she could come back. That made my daughter feel empowered and excited about the change.
We left the salon with one very happy teenager! I'm so glad we chose Jaz Salon—highly recommend!

The staff over there were excellent and real did a good job. Suggested regarding my hair growth and all. Mainly Mayuri taken care of me she is awesome. I definitely suggest and visit again.

This is the second time I got my Keratin done here. I like their service. Have got eye brows done and haircuts with blow dry aswell. Employees are very friendly and know their woek well and will accommodate to your needs. Huge shout out to Abhilasha, Mayuri for perfect keratin treatment. Denis is super good with hair cuts and blow dryers. I like Abhilasha’s eye brow skills. Thank you all for being the sweetest with my hair and me. Thank you ladies! 😌

I recently got a facial and had a fantastic experience! Abhilasha, the employee who took care of me, was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire session. She made me feel comfortable right from the start and explained every step of the process. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, with calming music and a soothing ambiance that made it easy to unwind. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall sense of trust and comfort. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was not worth the money I spent. I arrived at 11 for my appointment at 11 and no one was there. I got in and, while staff was friendly, I was as not given a single name and felt like my service was being rushed. To top it all off, when they went to address my undercut, the cut me with the clippers and broke me out in hives. I’m glad my hair didn’t turn out terrible but I won’t be back. I would recommend finding another salon.

I have done keratin treatments, hair cuts, hair coloring, facial etc done here. The experience has been so mixed. Sometimes it's very good. But this time it was very average. I could do that blow dry myself at home after hair color. But it's very pricey for that average output
