Absolutely wonderful experience! The owner is very nice. I did the Salt Room. I really enjoyed the color changing lights and relaxing music. It's suppose to help breathing and respiratory. And my chest honestly lighter and my breathing was clearer. I can't wait to go back and try the Sauna. I wanted to update my review. Both Kim's are nice and knowledgeable. If it's your first time they make you feel very comfortable. Also on this session I tried the Red Light Sauna. OMG amazing! This is going to be apart of new regiment

I can’t say enough good things about SaltnSauna. This place is truly a hidden gem for anyone serious about their health and recovery. They offer infrared sauna beds, salt therapy, and red light therapy—all in one clean, calming, and beautifully maintained space.
What really stands out to me is how incredibly clean and well-run everything is. You immediately feel relaxed when you walk in, and you can tell they care about the experience and the details.
