I have going to this spot for about 2 1/2 years. The atmosphere is super relaxing, authentic, and soothing. I don’t know if this is the vibe of the staff, the decor, or both. It is super sanitary in there, which is a BIG plus in my book.

Love love love it here! I’ve been coming to posh for 3+ years and always have a great experience. I am always greeted by name and Tim is the best. I’ve tried every nail salon in Buckhead and drive to Milton only for Posh.

I had an awesome experience at Posh! I got a VolcanoSpa pedicure and enjoyed every second of it! Stephanie was very kind and took such great care of me. I was so relaxed that I could've taken a nap! ?
