“I went to PT Solutions to help Strengthen my Pelvic floor which I knew nothing about. I will say the experience taught me a lot and I have so much respect for the practice after just a few visits. Aastha was great and somehow; she maintained patience and professionalism while working with this silly guy. The staff was great and they had sort of a family atmosphere going on.
