Lesley Jackson is an exceptional Nurse Practitioner. She is incredibly patient, takes the time to listen, and is very thorough in her care. I truly value her opinion and feel confident in the guidance she provides. Her MA Kim is very sweet and caring.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sergile for nearly two decades. She has always been clinically competent and kind in person. However, the back office at Perimeter North Family Medicine is, without question, one of the worst I have experienced in Atlanta.
The final straw was an interaction with Jamie on the phone that was shockingly unprofessional. She was dismissive, short, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. After that call, I emailed Dr. Sergile directly, hoping for acknowledgment or accountability. Instead of an apology, I received what felt like an excuse for the behavior.
This is not a one-off issue. The service problems here have been consistent for years: • Prescriptions are not called in in a timely manner. • Voicemails are not returned. • Lab results are not communicated proactively. • Calls go unanswered. • Basic courtesy is missing.
Patients cannot simply “pause” medications because an office failed to process a refill. Delays and communication breakdowns affect real health outcomes.
When a practice prioritizes patient care, you feel it… from the physicians to the nurses to the front desk. Culture trickles down from leadership. If patient support truly mattered here, it would show in the way calls are handled and follow-ups are managed.
I have many exceptional doctors in Atlanta with professional, responsive, compassionate staff. Unfortunately, this office is the opposite experience. I stayed for years because changing primary care physicians is inconvenient. But when it comes to my health, I can no longer justify settling for poor communication and lack of accountability.
After nearly 20 years, I’m moving on.
If you value responsive, respectful patient care, you WILL want to look elsewhere.

I’ve had three visits here for very different reasons. I’ve seen two doctors and one nurse practitioner. They have each been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They listened and offered sound medical advice and solutions. The check-in is convenient and fast. The lab techs are tidy and professional and pain-free!! The online chart is easy to access and has all the notes and labs. Everyone at this office is great!

They are overwhelmed and do not provide a good experience. I have been a patient for over 10 years. I had questions on a new medicine prescribed. I called a left a message 3 times. The 4tb time I called to schedule an appt. The operator then called the assistant. The assistant replied that my questions required an office visit. But she never returned any of my 3 calls to let me know a in-office visit was needed.

This place sucks. I took my son there a month ago and they have been giving me a hard time. Everyone is rude as hell and unhelpful and they do not care about providing excellent customer Service to their patients. My son, fiancé and I all three go to this practice. I recently brought my son in to get his physical and blood work done. I’ve never been treated so rudely and poorly and careless in my life. Then on top of that, the medical assistant who called me just now proceeded to hang up in my face. That really grinds my gears. Shame on you guys you guys should not be open.

I've been a patient of Perimeter North Medical Associates for 25 years at various locations. After my doctor retired, I began seeing Dr. Sergile at the Alpharetta location a few years ago. I like her enough that I drive down from near Dawsonville to see her. I trust Dr Sergile, as she's proven to be a thorough, effective, and caring physician. I highly recommend Dr. Sergile, and Perimeter North Medical Associates at the Alpharetta, Cumming, and Johns Creek locations.

I’ve had one appointment here but numerous issues:
I was told my prescription would be filled during/after the appointment and that I could go across the hall to the in-site pharmacy for pickup. After 30 min, the pharmacist said it was never sent over. Going back to the front desk, they said I would now have to wait until they came back from lunch at 1pm… it was now 10:30am mind you. I walked out in frustration and had the pharmacy changed.
Good luck getting in touch if you ever have any questions outside of an appointment. I’ve now called 4 times over 2 weeks to follow up on lab tests taken 3.5 weeks ago- nearly a month for standard blood tests!?
The only bright side and star I’ll give to this practice is Leslie Jackson, FNP-C. She was professional and conducted a very thorough physical, making sure to explain everything to my understanding and content.

I have been a patient for many years and have always been pleased with the scheduler, front desk staff, lab techs, and all the providers. I recently had my annual physical and just wanted to say thank you to the MA, Darlene. She promptly gave me my lab results and returned my VM about my mammogram report. I highly recommend North Perimeter Family Practice!

I started going to this office in November 2023 and could not be any happier with the move to the office. I have seen Leslie Jackson numerous times and feel like she actually takes the time to listen to me, which can be rare in the medical field these days. She really changed my life for the better when addressing my health concerns, and getting me on the path to wellness. I cannot recommend Leslie Jackson enough!

I am officially done with this office. I've been a patient for at least 9 years (don't need to go often), but I've had enough bad experiences that I will not return again. Surprisingly, the problem is the providers, not the staff. They DO NOT listen and judge you when you decline their recommendations. The patient has a say-so in their care! Providers swear they know everything because they have the education. Newsflash: Providers are wrong sometimes, and it is YOUR JOB AS A PROFESSIONAL IN HEALTHCARE to make the patient feel comfortable, not judged! I'm not sure if it's a cultural thing, but both providers I had this problem with at this office are Indian. I will NEVER recommend this office to anyone.
