NFSM is a fantastic establishment , we have taking lessons here for more than 6 years and it’s by far one of the best things that we could have done for our child! When we came here for the first time we met with the owner Sadi who was very helpful and understanding and connected us to Miss Gail Grier, our daughter’s voice teacher ,who is second to none. My daughter absolutely loves learning to sing with Miss Gail , her classes are both fun and instructive and she lets her choose her genre of interest to keep things exciting. My daughter who was a little shy at first now looks forward to performing at recitals and all the various music events that NFSM is part of and we have seen her grow not only her musical talent but also her confidence. There is nothing like being in an environment with kids all with the same passion for music learning together. Highly recommend !

My 3 kids go here for Piano and singing lessons. Three great teachers all very different and suited to their styles with different teaching styles. A year ago I took them there and there was a month free for trial lessons so I took up singing lessons. Something that I have been wanting to do for 30 years. I love it. my 30 minutes of pure bliss every Thursday. The school is very well organised. They are very particular about the teachers. you will find very passionate professional teachers that have been doing this for a long time. The organisation is so good that it makes it one of the most reliable music schools in the area. Teachers won't change ( low turnover) and very well trained. Please take a look at the school and I swear you or your kids will get one of the best music educations here.

Having enjoyed a public holiday performance by singers representing the North Fulton School of Music, I called to inquire regarding their program. I learned of their services, available agreement options, and a trial offering program. With this in mind, I scheduled our first "trial" lesson. However, when we arrived, we were to discover that the administrator had neglected to schedule the appointment with the instructor. Worse, that instructor was not accepting students on our preferred day, despite our originally having been informed otherwise. With forgiveness and hope encouraged by the quality of the facility and its popularity, we scheduled an alternative instructor and, for a time, enjoyed lessons as scheduled and of great quality. However, several months later, our instructor chose to pursue other endeavors resulting in our transfer to yet another teacher. We remained committed and continued on. In the coming months, we were to be treated to multiple, same-day cancellations via text from our instructor. "Multiple" representing the majority, of which there were also a handful of others with no more than a day or two of notice. When this occurred, we agreed with our instructor to lengthen subsequent lessons by the time missed due to cancellation. However, there was never a clear accounting provided and management, despite the number of occurrences, chose to never contact us directly. After about six occurrences impacting our weekly lesson within a little over three months, the last without promised response concerning rescheduling received at all, we finally chose to cancel our agreement and provided the required 30-day written notice to do so. Management acknowledged our cancellation, informed us of a pro-rated amount yet to be billed, and offered lessons for other instruments; without expressed concern for cause or further effort to retain. We declined. If...you live within a mile or two of the school, are incredibly flexible with your schedule, have no concern for regularity, and have no need for enhanced services such as web-based student/teacher portals; the North Fulton School of Music may be for you. Alternatively, and unfortunately, you may wish to pursue your lessons via a JoyfulTunes application as we ended up doing. It capably demonstrates as much concern as that which we experienced.

Our daughter, Madison, has been a student at PSSM for a number of years and our experience with Peggy and her dedicated staff is nothing short of exceptional. Madison has learned to play the piano well and has especially honed her voice to the point that she is now reaping wonderful benefits and rewards for her efforts. The development path is not always easy, but Peggy and her staff do a wonderful job of making the learning process fun and creating opportunities for students to grow through live performances and similar types of exposure. If interested in helping your child gain a strong foundation in music or taking things to the next level, look no further - Peggy Still School of Music is the place to be.

I actually started learning piano from Peggy before she even opened the school, I was 6, now I'm 32. She is the sweetest person and was very patient and kind with me then and still is today. She has trained her instructors with the same mentality. I don't get the review by "Kenneth K" that the parents and students don't come first, that is not true. Peggy would not be in business for more than 20 years, nor would have the need to expand her business if the students and customers were not happy. As someone in a customer service industry, some customers are impossible to please and in that case it's best to part ways. I started back with PSSM taking guitar and voice throughout the years. I've had 3 different instructors and each has been extremely talented, patient and really committed to seeing me grow. I've also taken lessons at other schools that do not even compare to PSSM. More recently, I've started playing piano as well. I'm a busy person and sometimes haven't had the time to dedicate to practice as I should. My instructors have given me great tips to keep me motivated. I've always been treated professionally. Not only does the school offer recitals, but for a more real performance, sign up to play one of the open mics. The school caters to aspiring musicians of ALL ages and skill levels. Peggy Still School is the best!
