Stay away unless you're willing to pay exorbitant fees for your retirement accounts. IMO this firm is a thief! Opened two E-Trade Roth IRAs decades ago. My bad investment there was totally my fault, & not that of E-Trade, leaving $200 cash left of $2000 investments in two Roth accounts. As MS took over E-Trade, remaining cash funds were transferred to Charles Schwab and MS charged $75 transfer fee per account. Had thought MS was a responsible firm but this terrible history proves the opposite. Caviat emptor, buyer beware!

I'm still waiting for her firm to complete my mother's estate. She has given many excuses for not finalizing her estate. It should be a simple process but it seems the firm is doing anything but making the very difficult time in my life easy.
