I had my portfolio there for about 5 years. My funds were spread over a couple accounts managed at other larger companies.

I cant remember ever talking to them without me initiating the call. I called them several times over the years for help/guidance on financial and/or retirement issues... they were never able to help with anything. Realizing that I wasn't really getting anything for my "management" fees, i called to move my account... they didn't seem to care.

I wouldn't recommend these using guys.
