Their customer service team was patient, responsive, and provided excellent information quickly and thoroughly by email (which was my preferred method of communication). They truly stood out compared to other vendors we contacted during this process.

LunsPro was very professional. Being a first time home buyer they were excellent when explaining things to me. Advising me if the process and just being very informative and nice. Their professionalism is 5 star. If I ever decide to purchase another home they will DEFINITELY be my inspection company.

Worked with Doug Simmons to get our home inspection. He was very thorough, provided a ton of photos, and feedback! He was very accommodating with us being out of state at the time of inspection. He called me after the inspection to discuss his thoughts prior to releasing the inspection report which gave us opportunity to ask questions about certain facets of the home.
