The communication with LunsPro from the very beginning was amazing. Their customer service team was patient, responsive, and provided excellent information quickly and thoroughly by email (which was my preferred method of communication). LunsPro was very professional. Being a first time home buyer they were excellent when explaining things to me. Advising me if the process and just being very informative and nice. Their professionalism is 5 star. If I ever decide to purchase another home they will DEFINITELY be my inspection company.
Britt Baker did my inspection and the report was the most detailed report I've ever received, 111 pages long to be exact. He took the time going over the major items that he saw wrong with the house and made suggestions where he saw fit. I felt like I was with an expert of experts. I knew that I was in good hands. Thanks, again! I'll be using him again in the future!
