The communication with LunsPro from the very beginning was amazing. Their customer service team was patient, responsive, and provided excellent information quickly and thoroughly by email (which was my preferred method of communication). They truly stood out compared to other vendors we contacted during this process. Then came the inspection. James was fantastic. He clearly pointed out areas of concern while also taking the time to look at additional items we asked about. Even after the inspection, James made himself available and was always just a text away when we had follow-up questions. LunsPro was very professional. Being a first time home buyer they were excellent when explaining things to me. Advising me if the process and just being very informative and nice. Their professionalism is 5 star. If I ever decide to purchase another home they will DEFINITELY be my inspection company.
