So yes I previously wrote a great review about this business but they have no interest in retaining customers. Example 1: I purchased a wig that cost over $1000. I washed it per their instructions. It was a mess. Called them for guidance - which they could not provide. Fortunately my former hairdresser came to the rescue. Example 2: stopped in today to inquire if they had a hair peice that I could attach to a wig They did not but while I was there I asked to try on other options I was there no more than 10 min. Imagine my suprise when they charged me a consultation fee for 10 min of their time!!! They told me this is posted on their website??? Imagine going into any retailer and inquiring about the product from the salesperson and getting hit with a bill. Be careful when shopping there; they may take advantage of you!

My mom needed a wig for an Alaskan cruise. We were total wignoodles, but Mary at LNY was so friendly and helpful! They have a large selection of styles and colors and are so friendly!

The wig quality and selection is great. The prices are a little high. I spent $4000 on 2 wigs. The woman that helped me pick the wigs was fabulous. She was kind and helpful. When I went to pick up my second wig, the woman that helped me was awful. She made it seem like I was an inconvenience and wanted me out of her chair. I'm newer to wigs and she didn't help me to fit or style it. She was very short and not helpful. I left feeling angry, dismissed and frustrated. I won't be back. I'll go to someone who genuinely cares about their clients.
