Himalaya Pest control is outstanding ! I was dumbfounded at the level of care, promptness and thoroughness Kumar showed me on a weekend on short notice. I was panic stricken about the strong possibility of bedbugs. He gave me in depth scientific information as well as a one on one inspection which identified accurately that I did not have bedbugs but had a carpet bug problem. He gave me information about what to do and a great referral to someone else for help. His honesty and caring approach were greatly appreciated. You really cannot do better. Kumar is very knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile for customer service. Very responsive to text and email even over the weekend and even helped me at his home with some items that needed treatment before the day of service at my home. On the day of treatment at my home, he was very thorough, and I felt very confident treatment would be successful. And it was. He takes real pride in his service.
