I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews. However, I didn’t want to spend a ton so I thought of giving this place a try. My experience was really good with Tiffany. She took time to understand my preferences with respect to type of haircut, length, bangs etc.. I really liked the outcome (I had really long hair and I wanted medium length layers with curtain bangs)

I have been using Great Clips for a very long time, I normally travel to Braselton to the Great clip there but they know me there, But I moved to John's Creek and I was near this place. I check in through my App. they cut my hair and I could get My military Discounts and I purchase some Hair Gel. I about had a heartache when I paid the bill. I was not happy. $30! and I still Tip her! No I won't be back!

I am very much pleased with the service of Roberta, highway 9 Alpharetta location.I tried her 2 times and she did wonderful job, always takes time to listen you and then cut your hairs very calmly and nicely. Others in the same location are always in hurry, for them there is no difference in cutting grass and your hairs and moreover asks for tip. She never asks tip. I would highly recommend to try haircut once with Roberta and you will regret why you didn't try that earlier.
