The Mgr, Terri, is great, friendly, professional and good haircuts. There was a new women this time who cut my hair. She was horrible, did not listen to how I wanted to get my haircut, resulting in a bad haircut. Besides “Not listening” she was insolent and looked distracted. If she is only one available to cut my hair next time, I will walk out or wait for Terri to=r the other stylist.

I've never been to a great clips and popped in for a haircut. They were very welcoming and got me in quicker than expected. The Google rating doesn't do this crew justice, I experienced 5 star value.

An unexpected cut from an unexpected location..
I had initially scheduled an appointment with a competing brand location with higher reviews but I think the universe sent me here because this woman needs praise!!! Terri from Great Clips Crabapple is Amazing!! From showing up unexpected to the amazing scalp massage , the entire experience was just what the doctor ordered. Thank you for accommodating to my last minute needs and making an anxious experience more comfortable. 10 out of 10!
