I went to Drybar for a blow out on my birthday and Ebony was my stylist. I have long thick India hair which is quite a pain to blow out. Ebony did such a wonderful jobwith no complains/remarks. I even offered to buy extra time if needed and she said she could absolutely manage in the allotted. And she did! She does the best scalp massage and makes sure every strand of hair is in place before you leave. She was also very sweet and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Ebony for your next blow out!!
Nico was a vibe ...Getting my hair done, both relaxing and efficient. It usually takes me hours to achieve what she did in just 30-40 minutes, especially with my thick, curly hair. Despite knowing my hair reverts quickly, I was pleased with the outcome, knowing it only needed to last for the day. Before and after pic below
My blowout turned out nice but the Stylist Jessica was rude and impersonal. She didn't come over to the foyer to greet me. She called out iA low voice for me to come to her from the chair. I didn't feel like I was being pampered at all. I tried to make small talk but she made it clear that she wasn't interested. Additionally, she never asked me if I liked my blowout. She didn't say goodbye or anything. She just walked off. I don't think she should be dealing with the public if she's going to have such an attitude. I'll never have her do my blowout again. The receptionist manager was VERY nice and made me feel welcomed.
