The warranty on our unit ran out in April. We weren’t all that sad though because our previous company sucked to say the least. Climate was recommended to me and I called them at 8:30 today and Gary came out around 10:30. He was very nice and we THOUGHT the issue was resolved. My husband came home around 6 and went to shower. It was back up to 78 and he was NOT happy. I called and the answering service answered. I didn’t get her name but she was beyond nice. Chris called me about 5-7 minutes later and was at my house within 30 minutes of that call. He was super nice and helpful. He has to get in our attic but left almost no mess behind which I was pleasantly shocked...read full review
