Unprofessional, disorganized, confirmed appointment 3 1/2 hours prior only for them not to show up and had me chasing them down 40 minutes after scheduled time with the only response given was \\\"I'll see what I can do\\\". Do not count on them. Very rude and unreliable. I had heard bad things about this franchise and I should have listened. Do not trust any positive reviews.

Rude, unprofessional, and unreliable. I would not recommend anyone using the Chem Dry of Fulton and Forsyth. Search your zip code for another Chem-Dry location. Chem-Dry itself is run well. The Fulton-Forsyth Chem-Dry however is not!

Taylor at Chem Dry is just amazing. He has cleaned our carpets for several years and he knows customer service and Chem Dry has a lot of value holding on to this man. He is professional, on time, does a great job and is understanding of barking dogs and chaos entering our home. I needed our carpets cleaned before our house went on the market. Clyde was able to give great rates and had several times available. When Taylor came he was professional and speedy. I upgraded with the deodorizer because I have pets and was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t fragrant. Will definitely use them again to clean out couch after we move.Services: Pet stain & odor removal
