In Sept 2020, we have a family appointment carefully scheduled with Dr. Teresa Hsu and Brookhaven Eye Care inside Costco Alpharetta. While we were only successful in getting one member examined, Dr. Hsu and her assistant were extremely supportive and patient with us as we wrestled with incorrect information from our insurance carrier. Based upon our experience with the one exam, Covid-19 safety precautions, and how well they worked with us, we would definitely recommend her.

I made an appointment a few weeks ago at the Costco location in Brookhaven. When I got there no one was there. I called the number on the little placard and spoke with some lady she said I didn't fill the out paperwork correctly I've been a patient there since 2018 nothing has changed except my insurance which I updated per the instructions when I made the appointment. Yesterday they sent me a confirmation text asking if I will make the appointment Which I replied Yes. They could have called me if there was an issue. I had my insurance information with me. I had to leave work and take a half-day to make this appointment
