Our recent kitchen renovation was the third project we’ve done with Bridgeport, and as was the case with the previous ones, we couldn’t be more pleased. Gina and Matt were both great to work with and knew just what needed to be done to bring our vision to life. They communicated with us every step of the way and completed the project on budget and in record time. Most importantly, the finished kitchen is beautiful and functional. We needed to replace our 30 year old wood floors in our kitchen. Carol came out, measured, and showed us some options. We went to the show room and she had picked several possibles for us to review. We found one we lived, signed the contract, and 9 days later the installation began. The crew foreman showed up, explained the procedure, and the demolition began. Two hard working men spent the better part of two days with hammer and chisel removing the old flooring and doing beautiful carpentry repairing water damaged subfloor and an exit threshold. I give Gina Celentano and Bridgeport Carpets my highest recommendation. My project was delayed multiple times from my end, and Gina remained patient and understanding throughout.
She always responded immediately, which is very important to me, and once the job was scheduled, everything was done on time and the installation crews were great.
This project was associated with an insurance claim, and Gina was asked to respond to ongoing information requests, which she always did, and she never pressured us to get things scheduled. She always had our best interests at heart.
