I've been going here for years about once every 4-6 weeks, and don't plan on changing that any time soon!! I never have any issues scheduling services, and you can always request a specific esthetician and try to get on their schedule if it works with yours. I think they also take walk ins if you are spontaneous like that, but I have always scheduled my appointments ahead of time. I want to give a special shoutout to Jo and Luci who I always try to see because they are simply the best! The lobby and service rooms are so clean and organized, and I love the authentic, high quality wax they use. My skin has never had a bad reaction to it.

I love Andreia's locations. I have been going to Jo off and on for 10 years. Even with moving further away from Alpharetta, I always find my way back to Jo. She's not only very professional but she's quick and thorough.

I have been to this place a few times this is my second time with Jennifer P, Jenny has always been very welcoming and kind, she has this calmness to her, which relaxes her clients as this is obviously an intimate service occasionally, she asks how you are and keeps conversations flowing if you’d like to converse during the service, she provides knowledge as well as simply going above and beyond asking if you’d like the little stubborn hairs to be tweezed and I always want to get tweezed don’t care for pain, she told me to be more consistent and my results would start to show less hair growth. I might become consistent and she will be the reason for that.
