It’s always a treat to stop in at Bluegrass in Milton and Alpharetta. The services are exceptional, the staff is polite and goes above and beyond, and the family who owns both locations is lovely. It was great spending time in today, and I will be back soon.

I have frequented this spa since I moved to Alpharetta in 2007. I've had numerous manis, pedis, and waxes and I have been pleased with all the services and staff. The ambience is nice and even though there are multiple fragrances from salt scrubs, oils, and nail polish, none of it is overwhelming.The staff is always kind and friendly. The esthetician who took care of my waxing was concerned about my pain tolerance due to my leg hair being a bit too long. ☺️ She was so sweet!I love the massage chairs they have for your Mani/Pedi and the paraffin wax hand treatment is AMAZING and relaxing.I wish I could go more but don't always have the time.
