I had a very good experience with Atlanta Basement Systems from the representative who inspected the water damage and prepared the estimate for repair to the guys who completed the job. All were obviously experienced and customer-service oriented. Eddie, who prepared the estimate did a thorough survey of the problem and explained my options very well. Craig and Jaylen, who did the work on my drainage problem, explained what they would do and kept me apprised throughout. All were extremely courteous and professional and I feel confident in the quality of the work performed.
