Angel S. team came out today, just a couple hours ago. All 3 were friendly and worked the entire time they came out! We were quoted about 1.5 hours for the job; it took 2.5. This did not impact the price. They all did an excellent job making sure all surfaces were cleaned and sanitized (deep clean package). We bought the house a year ago and the maintenance that we have done (chimney and septic tank) have shown us that the previous owner(s) neglected on maintenance, so we figured it would need a good run over. This was our first time getting our vents cleaned and it was definitely beyond time for that to be done. We found this company and decided to schedule an appointment. The scheduling piece was easy and they worked well scheduling an appointment that was convenient for us. The young lady who scheduled the appointment also took time to answer our questions and explained all that the service would entail. The guys who came were punctual and super professional. They explained exactly what they would be doing and while the cleaning took place while we were working from home, they let us know when it would be loud which I appreciated. It was a pretty quick process and we were definitely pleased with the service. Highly recommend!
