Tried a few gyms, this place is all around great, the people are great, and the gym is great.Features- Every freeweight you'll ever need- Most every machine you'll ever need- Locker rooms w/ sauna- items sold at the front desk such as Preworkout, protein shakes, smoothies, snacks, etc.- Crossfit- Spin Class- And much more...So far I've seen the best progress and had the best time at this gym.And for those with gym anxiety, I can't speak for you, but I can confidently tell you not worry, the people here are supportive and are usually just minding their business and doing their own thing.

Tony's gym is awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful. They make an effort to make you feel welcome. The place looks great. They are always updating and changing things around for the better. Its spacious, bright, clean, and just lifts my mood to go there. In fact, I am going right now-- by the way I am not a natural fit for the gym -- over 60 with too many years of planning to go "tomorrow".

First went there on a guest pass with my wife with no intention of joining. I have memberships at several other gyms in town. I ended up joining for the year. They have way more equipment than any of the other gyms in the area. Never have to wait on a piece of equipment for whatever you're working on that particular day. There's always another machine or plenty of free weights. Dry sauna is great but sometimes breaks down. Wish they fixed the wet sauna. All in all, the best gym in the area.
