Kiara is the most professional nail tech I have ever used. I started going to her during the pandemic in order to have a more personalized/individualized customer service experience. She is a master nail tech who is highly respected and very friendly. After a long days work, I can count on her to create just the vibe I need to be able to relax and leave with an excellent product. She communicates well and is willing to make adjustments when needed.

Kiara was great, very professional and had a great conversation. I love my nails, they look great! I would recommend getting your nails done by her. I will be going back to her again.

Services never received. She takes from you with no regard. I purchased a deal that was linked on the website. It didn’t show a policy, time, or date. It just took my payment. I immediately wrote the owner and requested a refund. Never got a service from her or the business it all happened in 30 mins she said it was non refundable with no information stating that at the point of sale. I have to file a dispute. I still haven’t received any service or gotten my refund. Never got a chance to even go to the place.
