I had been to her once before, and she did a great job on my closure install — but she cut my bundles without asking, which I didn’t like. Still, I decided to give her another chance for my birthday around Valentine’s Day since she was one of the few in Albany, GA who could do the specific closure wig style I wanted.

As a customer, I made sure to do my part — I paid what needed to be paid, paid my deposit on time, and showed up to the salon on time for my appointment. I have had my hair done by the stylist Lab a handful of times, and I had some great hair experiences. I wanted to recommend my girl because of my experiences but his attitude was so poor. The option of setting an appointment was off the table before it even began.

Stylest brought me into this salon claiming to be certified. Bleached my entire head of hair telling me I was getting highlights. I let the person know that I did not like it about 24 hrs later. He ignored me untill the following week and then stated it was too late to issue refund.
