Phoebe Wound Care provides professional and quality medical care. The office is exceptionally clean, and the staff is consistently described as great, awesome, exceptional, polite, courteous, helpful, benevolent, cordial, and attentive. Patients report that the doctors and providers take all the time needed to explain everything thoroughly, demonstrating good bedside manner, kindness, patience, and knowledge. Many note that their recovery improved due to the caring and dedicated staff, with specific praise for the nursing team's passion and drive. The care is considered life-changing by some patients. A common criticism is that wait times can be very long, often extending hours past the appointment time. Overall, patients feel treated with excellent care and have a very positive experience.
The wait to be called back from the waiting room was about 05 minutes. Office is exceptionally clean. All staff are very polite, courteous, and helpful. Doctor takes all the time needed to explain everything to you that they are doing, going to do, and needing to be done.
Phoebe, to me, has been the best experience for me, in all my medical needs. Now, when my primary needs to have me see a specialist, I request it to be a Phoebe affiliated specialist. I know I will be treated with good, quality, professional, care.
The staff at Phoebe Woundcare is exceptional, especially my favorite nurse, Tonja Williams, and my provider, Nassifatou Bakary. Honorable mentions go to Lindsey, Cathy, Shabreka, Tenille, Joyce, Malika, and Shameah that are benevolent. However, Tonja exceeds standards every time going above and beyond the call of duty. She treats people like she'd want to be treated if the roles were reversed. The medical industry is truly her calling because of her caring spirit to heal others. After visiting the emergency center and being admitted for a procedure, my life changed. I was dissatisfied with the outcome. I was referred to Dr. Tang and it was life changing. Dr. Tang and his nurse Malika have attributed so much to my healing process. Their kindness, patience, and knowledge is beyond appreciated. It’s been a long journey but I’m glad they walked with me!!!
