Dear OneSource Team,
I’d like to tell you about my great experiences I’ve had thus far with your team. I see Dr. Gavin for Primary Care, as well as I’ve seen him on urgent care for some issues. He’s by far the greatest provider I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He listens to my concerns and walks me through the treatment plan every time I’ve had to come in. Nurse Kayla was with him last time I was in there and she was very thorough in making sure my medical information was correct and updated before Dr. Gavin came in the room. I had the best experience. I was a walk in patient with fever and chills. The staff were very professional and quick. I saw Dr. Banks and he got me feeling better in no time. I will continue to go here for all of my care!
I called in the morning and made an appointment for the afternoon. Their service was very prompt and courteous. By the time I finished the paperwork, they called me to the exam room. Everyone I encountered including the receptionist , the nursing assistant, and the nurse practitioner were caring, positive, and helpful. I received excellent care and would highly recommend OneSource. I have been there many times for urgent care and chiropractic care and have been highly satisfied with every visit.
