Wow! This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company.. I called Metro Power/Plumbing just after lunch on Friday Aug. 1st 2025. I explained my situation to the lady who answered, she advised me she will forward my call to Bentley who I assume must be the foreman for the plumbing dept. Bentley understood the position I was in with my due diligence on a home we are purchasing ends on Sunday 3rd. I needed to know if the 170 ft sewer line is made of pvc, not the old terracotta since the home was built in 1938. This would decide rather we would continue to close on the house. Had a fantastic experience with MetroPower. I called them for an urgent sewage issue, and Hayden and Cristian were prompt, professional, and incredibly kind. They took time to explain what they were doing, kept me informed throughout, and worked hard to get everything fixed. They even cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Their calm, respectful approach made a stressful situation much easier. I’m really grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. My prayer is that God would multiply this company business 100 fold for the good that they do in this community.
