Absolutely horrible customer service. Extremely condescending… I also found it odd that he expected me to pay without seeing an official quote. Big red flag.
DO NOT. I mean DO NOT get an insurance policy through this guy. He is super unprofessional and rude. You could be as nice as you want to him but he will give you the nastiest attitude and hang up in your face without answering your questions and will just say “ I don’t know “ and hang up. Terrible business, terrible business. Would never recommend doing business with someone like that. You sir need to find another line of business because you are terrible at your job and running this business.
