I came in to the Dawson road location, I was met with smiling faces and very patient and helpful people. There were these two amazing ladies one named Kimberly Peek and Shaketa W. Mrs. Shaketa was the most helpful and patient I have met in long time. Mrs. Kimberly was the most helpful at getting my taxes done and explaining everything to my understanding. We need more people like them in the world, make it a better place. Not ever going anywhere else to get my taxes done.
I drive an hour and a half to go to this location every year. This year a new young lady Michel'le prepared my taxes. When I tell you she was patient with me, considering I had 3 different check stubs for the year, and made me feel right at home. I hope she continues in this office for years to come. The first visit was refreshing. There was a smooth transition well detailed on everything he did with my taxes. The second visit was just as pleasant. Great staff very professional and they get you in and out in a timely manner.
