Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to experience Jamila or her services. After a last minute schedule change on her part, I arrived at her shop and was instructed to wait until she said I could come up. After waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot I decided to leave. I don’t think people understand how far good communication and customer service can go. If there was a need to reschedule to another day, or had any complications been communicated to me, I would have understood. She text me right when I was leaving, and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Please do better with how you treat potential customers.
