She then coordinated a same-day expert who came out and measured for quantity and install. The price was better than the box store for the product we selected plus installation. The installation team was fantastic. Carlos and his team arrived and got to work immediately. They removed all the old carpet, cleaned up the bare concrete (this was a basement remodel) and installed our LVP flooring in one day. One of the rooms was a former utility room and had many challenging obstacles to frame around - Carlos tackled those obstacles like a champ! “Alex was amazing. They had the flooring in stock that no one else had. Purchase was easy, needed 19 cartons, Alex had 19, but when shipped found the 19th carton was not a full carton. Refunded the money for the carton. Shipped from GA on Thursday, delivered in Northern Kentucky on Monday. Great work and you all saved me!“
