we LOVE our Waste Connections guy! his name is Tay and he works our street in Marietta off Holly Springs Rd. suuuper kind and friendly guy, and always puts the cans right back where we left them. EXCELLENT service every single week (even when we have a lot of trash) A+++

Lee and Nelson are always on time, professional and courteous! We left waste Management for Red Oak and switched back after the poor service from Red Oak.

We went 38 days in between recycling pickups. The trash cans are left directly in the middle of the driveway, preventing me from pulling in at night. Customer service is atrocious. They keep on charging me the same amount for services they are not providing. I’m petitioning my HOA to switch providers.
