What a great company! We had a complicated job. My garage floor had sunken over 6 inches and about the same where the walkway met the front steps. In addition, the drainage was all wrong which, let water come into the garage and up against the house. We had a structural engineer acess the situation and write up a plan. Tim and Brian gave us an estimate for the job which, was very reasonable. We gave them the job but got more than we expected. Had good communications with Tim, owner, for initial estimates, scheduling and follow up. Great to see that they used their own crew and not contracted out to others to do the work. Crew came on time for first day to do the excavating and framing which only took 4-5 hours. Crews returned the next morning early, which was good, to finalize framing and get ready for the concrete poor. From 7-noon, all was completed and cleaned up nicely. The pad looks beautiful and after 2 weeks, looks perfect. Recommended to our neighbors and family for future work.
