Wonderful service!! I brought in my wedding gown and it has an unfinished back. (Long story short, we got married (during Covid) but I have yet to ware my dress. Since we don’t know when or if we will be holding a ceremony, I got my dress preserved.) They were kind enough to ask me before doing anything if I wanted to preserve it with the unfinished back. Sadly, their attempts to call didn’t go through. my phone didn’t let them. (Didn’t have their number saved, but I do now!) Even with all their attempts to contact me, they made sure I understood and wanted the service before charging me anything.

I had a long dress that needed alterations quickly, Sterling Cleaners did an excellent job and were able to get it done over the weekend. Very satisfied and highly recommend this business

I dropped coat on Saturday to be altered and was giving a 7 days window to pick it up. Passing by coming back from work on Thursday, I realized it was ready and well done. Such an amazing job and promised to go back with other work. Really satisfied and advised at the same time.
