“I was hacked on the Internet and had to have a program removed from my PC ASAP. I also needed a Malware remover, installed on my PC.
I asked for the manager and a gentleman by the name of Will came out . I explained my situation and he jumped on the PC immediately loaded the malware remover also deleted a program… and got me back on the road within 10 minutes.
He was extremely professional moved very quickly…. and was very sympathetic to my situation. Hats off to Will because he’s a true professional. I will be back with some additional work on several other PC’s“
