The technicians are punctual, clean, and respectful of my home. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality and speed of service. Referred to JMJ by a trusted friend and neighbor. BINGO!...this trusted friend nailed it. Greg was extremely courteous and genuine from the moment he stepped up to our front stoop. He skillfully and promptly identified our problem and gave me the option to pursue a simple repair on my own (I mentioned doing a bit of DIY work) as a way of saving some money. Very impressed with this priority on what's best for the customer...says a lot about Greg and the company. Happy to say we've got a new 'go-to' plumber to use and to recommend!
